Karpe, comprised of Chirag Rashmikant Patel and Magdi Omar Ytreeide Abdelmaguid, is one of Norway’s most influential and innovative hip-hop duos. Since forming in 2000, Karpe has redefined the Norwegian music scene with their unique blend of rap, pop, and socially conscious lyrics. Both artists bring diverse backgrounds—Indian and Egyptian/Norwegian—to their music, fostering a multicultural identity that resonates with fans.
